Five things that will improve your mood, and if you have a problem of anxiety, depression, or stress, you will feel much better. First, show kindness to others. Help someone. Speak kindly to someone. You will realize that you will feel positive energy within yourself. Your mood will also start to improve.
Second, learn to mingle with people. With friends and family. This is a very difficult task, especially if you are suffering from depression or anxiety. You do not feel like talking to anyone. One of the main reasons for this is that your circumstances are such that you do not want anyone to talk about your situation. But when you start socializing, meeting people, and talking to them, all the problems you have start to seem less noticeable.
Third, physical exercise is when you exercise. Start doing some kind of walking or running. When you do or start lifting weights, your body releases some hormones called feel-good hormones, endorphins, etc., which improve your mood.
The fourth is mindfulness. Whenever you are suffering from anxiety, irritability, or depression, there is an overflow of information in your mind. Many things are going on in your mind. This has to be done that is left this is left; this is not possible. And because of this, your depression and anxiety increase. There is a vicious cycle that continues, and mindfulness is a way through which you will do all these things, but you will not even feel that it is a lot of work and a burden on you.
The fifth is to learn a new hobby or a new activity. An empty mind is the home of the devil. Learn a new language, learn Persian, learn Arabic, learn English, or any activity that you have not done before but that you find interesting. Start learning it and you will automatically improve yourself.
