Why was I Tired all the Time?

Some time before today, I was also suffering from the same disease. The time is not manageable, so how have I fixed it? Let’s know it, when a person gets old, they also get tired because of this. The reason is that the body’s organs are not working as they used to, so he may feel tired. Apart from this, if you have a chronic disease, such as a respiratory problem or a kidney problem, then you may also feel tired because of this, you cannot breathe properly and your food cannot be digested properly because when you breathe in, that energy goes into you, which helps digest food.

Well, there are many reasons for fatigue. You have to get to the reason why you are feeling tired.

But leaving aside all these things, let’s know why today’s youth are feeling tired. I myself have been a victim of these things. When I distanced myself from these things, I got better.

The first thing to do is to use caffeine

Coffee, tea, etc., are harmful to health because tea also contain caffeine, so they can also disturb you. First of all, I reduced caffeine, that is, I reduced its quantity. I used to consume it only in the morning for breakfast and after lunch, and I stopped consuming it in the evening.

The reason for this is that caffeine stays in your body for a long time, meaning if you consume caffeine in the evening, it stays in your body until 5 am, due to which you cannot sleep properly, and your body feels tired. This is a big reason for this. If you consume coffee, do not consume it at all in the evening. You can consume it during the day. I do it myself. There is no harm in consuming it during the day. In one case, you can consume it at night. When you have to do some work or read a book, you can do it at night.

Insufficient sleep

The second biggest reason is not getting enough sleep. This is also a big reason for fatigue. If you are not getting enough sleep properly, then you also have to face fatigue for this reason. Now, there are many reasons for not getting enough sleep, which are the reasons why people get sick.

Their sleep is also not complete properly, due to which they have to face fatigue. Sleep is a mechanism in your body, a way in which your body’s energy levels are replenished. When you wake up in the morning, you feel completely refreshed, which reboots your body.

Just as when you restart your mobile device, it performs better than before, similarly, your body also reboots when you wake up in the morning after getting enough sleep. But if your sleep is not completed properly, you face fatigue.

If you want to improve your sleep, you have to take care of sleep hygiene. Now, what is sleep hygiene? It means that you should go to bed on time. When it is time to sleep, you should leave all your work and go to sleep. For example, if you go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 5 am, then do not go to bed at 10 pm, but go to bed a little earlier, because sleep does not come all at once; it comes after a while. This varies from person to person. Some people fall asleep in 15 minutes, while others fall asleep after half an hour.

Remember, when you are in bed, the time before you fall asleep is very important. If you are using your mobile phone or any other device at that time, what happens is that a blue light comes out of the mobile phone screen, which disturbs the sleep hygiene in your brain. Your body has a circadian rhythm, which means that there is a 24-hour clock that tells you whether it is morning or evening. When light falls in the morning, your body knows that it is morning, so your body will release energy, which allows you to work throughout the day. And when it is night, the system in our body knows that it is night, then our body releases hormones, which make us sleepy. When we are in bed at night, we use our mobile phone, which prevents the body from releasing sleep hormones, and what happens is that we do not sleep, which is why today’s youth have a big problem with sleep.  It is not properly fulfilled, which makes the body tired.

Exercise

Now, see how exercise can save you from fatigue. When you exercise, you use your muscles, so you feel more tired. Whenever you do any work, you feel more tired, but see how exercise can relieve your fatigue.

Nature has a system in place that the more you keep your body busy, the more work you will do, which will make your body stronger. Similarly, the more bodybuilders use their muscles, the stronger their muscles become. It is exactly like this. When you exercise, your energy levels increase. When your energy levels increase, you will not have to face fatigue. Exercise is very important. Whether you are tired or not, exercise is still important.

Consumption of processed food

Consuming processed food is a food that contains added sugar, such as bakery products such as cakes, juices, and candy. When you consume it in excess, the glucose level increases suddenly. When the glucose level increases suddenly, you feel sleepy, but the sleep that occurs is short-lived. After a while, that sleep ends. If you eat a lot of food in the evening and at night, you may have sleep disturbances. But you should minimize the consumption of processed food, especially at night. Processed food is not good for your health anyway. It causes many diseases, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, etc., so try to minimize its consumption so that you are protected from many diseases.

Stress Free

Keep yourself stress-free. When you are in trouble or you are tense about something, it has a huge impact on your body, which disturbs your sleep, and you cannot sleep properly.

When you are constantly stressed, a system in your body called the sympathetic system becomes active.

What happens is that chemicals are produced in the body that prevent you from sleeping. You cannot sleep properly because your body is always active, and you cannot sleep, and your body is always tired.
